Tax revenue has been trimmed by corrupt behavior that have been made in the business environment and the parties that receive the funds that corrupt. This is emphasized because the result of the flow of funds used to bribe the other hand, the funds used to pay taxes from businesses to be more less.

According to Nasution, the gap between the potential tax revenue to the realization of tax revenues paid by the taxpayer is still very high.
