Tax Case Kaltim Prima Coa was won MA

Son of Earth Resources, Kaltim Prima Coal received positive sentiment after the Supreme Court won a tax case against the Directorate General of Taxes amounting to Rp1, 5 trillion.

The court has decided a case such tax on May 24 with a verdict rejecting the lawsuit filed by Judicial Review Directorate General of Taxation, as quoted from the written statement of the Supreme Court cited the Supreme Court site yesterday.
